We had an awesome time in Savannah and we are now headed to beautiful Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Philadelphia is a charming city known for its culture, rich history, well-preserved architecture, celebrated restaurants and mannerly people. It is where the cakes are tasty and steaks are cheesy.

The reunion will be July 23rd - 26th, 2020. We are working diligently to organize a weekend full of activities entertainment and a joyous memorable reunion. Details will be sent out later.

We are celebrating 40 years of Henderson Reunion family gatherings and we have a phenomenal reunion planned for 2020 in Philadelphia, "The City of Brotherly Love and Sisterly Affection". The dates are July 23rd-26th, 2020.

The reunion fee is $155 (adults-13yrs & up), $65 (6yrs-12yrs) and free (5yrs-under). The first deposit is due on or before March 31st. Final payment is due June 15th. We have upcoming deposits that are due. If you can pay asap, it will be a great help. If you need to break out your payments, let me know. Payments can be made by the following methods listed below and please complete the attached form. If paying electronically, email information required on the attached form and include description i.e. Smith Family-Henderson Reunion Fee. The fee includes Thur reception; Fri picnic; Sat tour/lunch; dinner finale and t-shirt.

There is so much to do in Philadelphia that we have secured a discounted hotel rate of $149 for Wed, July 22nd for family members who want to arrive a day earlier.
